1)  Licensee - Very first line of the agreement
2)  Licensor, i.e., copyright owner - Very first line of the agreement
3)  Duration - Very first line of the agreement with exception listed in Section V. (b) (must publish in 2 years) and also refer them to https://sfrbeats.com/license under where it says rights last forever
4)  Name of the track - Section I(a)
5)  Terms of use / Rights granted -  Section II, and also https://sfrbeats.com/license under the "Lease" description
