How is your licensing contract different from other producers / beatmakers?

Our licensing is unlimited for both lease and exclusive for starters.  You are free to monetize anywhere in the world 100% and keep all of your royalties - for both Lease and Exclusive.  Exclusive tracks are removed.  There are no annoying limits to keep up with.. publish on Youtube, monetize on Spotify, get placements on Netflix, with all licenses.

More things that are different about SFR Beats that most, is SFR Beats' leases cannot be purchased exclusively, and exclusive rights are truly exclusive with no prior leases.  Otherwise, it's really the "last" lease that you're getting.  This comes into play especially with sync placements and larger deals... artists can be screwed if they used a lease but then the producer sells exclusive rights to it to someone else.  And also, some deals require exclusive use... an exclusive beat with other leases on it means a lost opportunity.   Also a contract that claims "exclusive" use but has other "nonexclusive" licenses floating around on that beat will cause a legal mess because of the contradiction.  The producer wins.. but the artist is left to dry.  Just some cold hard fyi's!  Any questions, let us know by submitting a ticket above!
