I'm worried about being flagged by YouTube and distributors for using a leased beat.. help!

Nonexclusive licensing is a standard industry practice... we have clients with leases that have secured placements on Netflix with no problem... all with a lease! When you lease with us, you receive a signed contract guaranteeing your rights to distribute where ever you want. That said, some companies including YouTube are notorious for improperly flagging uploaded content. It's something that even famous artists deal with (for example, remixes that use the same beat, songs with samples of old songs, etc...) In that case, you just need to "dispute" it and forward them your contract. Usually it's resolved overnight. For any other companies you deal with outside of us, use your signed contract to resolve any issues.
