I'm having trouble opening my Studio One Template purchase...

First, be sure you have Studio One version 3 or greater.

Next, unzip your order download.  You want to copy and paste all of the files from the Studio One Template folder from your ZIP into your computer's Studio One template folder, wherever that is located on your computer (usually C:\Users\[your username]\Documents\Studio One for Windows or just "Documents" for Mac).

There are 3 files:
1) .data file
2) .png file
3) .sontemplate

All three files must go in your Studio One templates directory on your computer.

Then open Studio One, and from your start screen the template should show where all of your other templates are listed.

Finding the Studio One Template directory on Mac:  Open Macintosh HD -> Users -> (Your Username) -> Documents -> Studio One -> Templates  -> (your version studio one)   If you can't find the templates folder in there, create it.
