P.S. We realize a lot of other sellers give an option to upgrade a lease to an exclusive, but legally it's a contradiction.. no beat can be truly exclusive if it is being leased by others, and as a larger more successful business, we have to pay attention to those things where others may be able to get away with it (for now) ;).. This especially comes into play when major opportunities come your way (like placements, etc..).
