Can I lease a beat that is already exclusive?

Not since our exclusive beats are Truly exclusive with no prior leases on them. You can get what's called the "Exclusive Rent" option that's a subscription for so much per month - that way your upfront price is lower and you still get exclusive rights (the beat is removed from the site). After you add an exclusive beat to your shopping bag, choose the "Exclusive Rent" option from the dropdown selection.
