There's a few of ways we mitigate those issues others have:
1) Our lease rights are guaranteed to last forever - they cannot be purchased exclusively like others allow (it causes issues because of the legal contradiction - how can one have exclusive rights and another have nonexclusive rights to the same track??!!)
2) Our lease rights let you keep 100% of all of your royalties. Others try and take a cut.
3) Our lease rights let you sell unlimitedly - no limits to sales (others cap sales by units, etc)
4) Our lease rights come with a signed contract granting you rights .... many others do not give out contracts, which prevents you from proving your rights for any real opportunities (like placements).
Our customers actually garner placements with leases - one example is an artist called "Serious Voice" who leased a track, recorded "Woah", and got it placed on Netflix (Spike Lee's She's Gotta Have It). Netflix needed the signed contract we give to show the artist actually had rights to use, and the rest was history.
If you have you have any other questions, let us know. Thanks again!
